Rinnai Korea Corporation was Selected as Excellent Call Center with Korean Service Quality Index (KSQI)
2013In April 2013, Rinnai Korea Corporation was awarded as Excellent Call Center for two consecutive years in the call center category of “Korean Service Quality Index (KSQI) organized by Korean Management Association Consulting.
The Korean Service Quality Index (KSQI) indicates customer satisfaction levels to the service quality in the industries. The Association Consulting has assessed and announced excellent call canters that deliver sufficient service quality with high quality operation systems through its own assessment systems since 2004. For the 2013 index, companies with the total score of 90 points or higher in service satisfaction level were selected as Excellent Call Center after the survey was conducted with 219 call centers of companies and institutions in 35 industries.
